1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
2. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
3. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card, UPI.
4. If you cancel any product you have purchased using a Gift Card, the balance will be credited to you as a Gift Card and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
5. Sitarah.in reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The Gift Card remains our property.
6. Sitarah.in can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).
7. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
8. Multiple Gift Cards can not be clubbed in a single order.
9. This Gift Card can be redeemed online on Sitarah.in only.
10. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
11. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards.
12. Gift card can purchased only on prepaid mode.
