Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, a Coupon Code will be issued for the returned item, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Returns are accepted only in cases of product defects or sizing issues
  • Minor irregularities such as thread pulls, loose buttons, or slight colour variations do not qualify as valid reasons for return.
  • An uncut opening video is required to validate any damage from dispatch.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange

  • We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style issues. To request an exchange, please email us at shopsitarah@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the desired item for exchange is out of stock, a Coupon Code valid for 3 months will be issued.
  • The product can either be picked up for a fee of ₹350 per article or the customer may self-ship the product to us.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags intact.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Style exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value, and the entire coupon value must be used at once.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders & Prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited as a Store Credit or Coupon Code, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Please note that refunds are only applicable for approved returns as per our return policy.

Sale Items

  • Items purchased during sale events, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products bought using coupons or vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We recommend carefully checking the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
