T&C of Prepaid Cashback Offer:

  2. Cashback Rate - Eligible customers will receive a upto 5% cashback on the total order amount, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges.
  3. Payment Method - To qualify for the cashback, the full payment must be made using the Cashfree payment gateway at the time of order placement. Payments made through other gateways or upon delivery are not eligible for the cashback offer.

T&C of No Cost EMI on Razorpay payment gateway:

T&C for Digital Gift Cards:

1. Validity:

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Unused balances will not be refunded or used for any transactions after the expiry date.

2. Usage Restrictions:

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or have their balances transferred or consolidated into a new voucher.
  • Gift Cards cannot be replaced after expiry.
  • They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.

3. Payment for Purchases:

  • If the total purchase value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using cash, debit/credit cards, or UPI.

4. Refunds for Cancellations:

  • If you cancel an order purchased using a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card for future use.

5. Cancellation by Sitarah.in:

  • Sitarah.in reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if necessary. In such cases, a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value may be issued unless fraud is suspected. The Gift Card remains the property of Sitarah.in.

6. Modification of Terms:

  • Sitarah.in reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time, including introducing new fees.

7. Exclusions:

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined in a single order.

8. Redemption:

  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at [Sitarah.in](https://sitarah.in).
  • If the order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will remain on the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.

9. Responsibility:

  • The safety and security of the Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the holder.

10. Purchase Mode:

  • Gift Cards are available for purchase only through prepaid mode only.
