SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
By agreeing to this Delivery Policy, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below without modification. If you disagree with any part of this Delivery Policy, please do not proceed with the Terms of Use or this Policy.
At Sitarah, we are committed to delivering all orders with care and in good quality packaging, typically within 12-15 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), under normal conditions. Sitarah makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of the products. To achieve this, we partner with reputable logistics companies for swift and secure delivery.
The prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Sitarah works with third-party logistic service providers to facilitate delivery, and the details of the logistics partner, including tracking information, will be shared via email and SMS after dispatch. The estimated delivery date provided at the time of order confirmation is based on the logistics partner's reputation and should be regarded as an approximation. Sitarah is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, though we may, at our discretion, handle deliveries directly without external partners.
When providing your shipping address, please ensure all details are accurate, complete, and correct, including any landmarks. Sitarah will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
COD/Prepaid Orders
While we strive to offer services and deliver products across India, Sitarah currently services select areas. During the checkout process, customers will need to enter their pin code to confirm whether deliveries can be made to their location. If your area is outside the delivery network of our logistics partners, we will be unable to process your order further.
Order Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been successfully placed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order either on the logistics partner’s website or through the "My Orders" section of the Sitarah website. Most orders are delivered within 12-15 working days across India, and up to two delivery attempts will be made. If the customer remains unavailable after two attempts, Sitarah reserves the right to cancel the order.
While Sitarah strives for timely delivery, external factors such as unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events may cause delays. In such cases, Sitarah will notify you via your registered email and/or mobile number. Sitarah will not be liable for any compensation related to delays in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled by Sitarah’s reverse-logistics partners, which are distinct from Sitarah. For further details on processing returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy by contacting us at return@sitarah.in.
International Shipping
International orders are processed only after the full payment, including shipping charges, is received through our payment gateways. International deliveries are typically made within 12-15 working days.
Damaged Product on Delivery
If the product arrives in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and return it to the courier.
Immediately notify us via our customer support at +919999984825 or email shopsitarah @ gmail . com, with necessary photos and opening videos along including your order ID. Upon validation, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Wash Care Instructions
We strongly recommend dry cleaning for all our products. Washing with water is at your own risk, and Sitarah will not be responsible for any damage resulting from improper washing.
